Notes:
Poor quality boot with a black & white cartoon cover. Has the complete October 1978 Holmdel rehearsal session as well as a "demo" version of Atlantic City which sounds like the official one only in very poor quality.
Released on limited colour vinyl. Custom labels and on a multicoloured vinyl set (33 numbered copies). Also released on a very limited pressing (10") picture disc.
