| Alan Bloom | I was at these shows. Bruce definitely introduced the band from the stage as Dr Zoom and the Sonic Boom. I can remember the exact way he said it. It was like “We’re Dr, ZOOOOOM and the Sonic Boom”, emphasis on Zoom. Also, the show was so sparsely attended that the venue encouraged everyone in the first set to stay for the second set. Of course, we did! |
