1976-10-16 William & Mary Hall, Williamsburg, VA
Eric Thiessen Mark is right - there were more tunes played that night than what you have listed. We were allowed to stand in the center aisle in the front row as our seats were at the right side end of the front row so when Bruce jumped off the stage into the crowd he landed next to us… was amazed at how short he was considering how large his presence is on stage…
Jay Edwin The band stayed at the Strawberry Banks Motor Inn in Hampton after the show. We were tipped to the location by Clarence's aunt, who taught at a friend's high school in Chesapeake. That's where I got the autograph. Also notice the fact the name on the ticket is misspelled as "Springstein".
Mark Bintliff I was at this show and while I don't remember every single detail I know that the Motor City Medley with "Devil with a Blue Dress" and "CC Rider" were in the set list. I can't say I know of any others that have been omitted.
Unknown We all camped out for two days and nights creating our own little world with two dozen others on the William & Mary Hall steps, then in the foyer, to get front and center tickets. We had proxies stand in for us while we went to (some) classes. The night of the concert was totally worth it when Bruce came right down into the audience to us and sang "Jungleland" and joined us in an arm-in-arm group dance.
