Jerome G. Snider	It was a Brick Township prom. There was a band, the Gordon James Quintet, and Bruce playing solo. It was not two shows, but continuous music where our band played dance music and then Bruce performed with an acoustic guitar and harmonica on a neck holder, and then back and forth throughout the evening.
Richard Sette	It was the Brick High School Junior Prom. The band was The Gordon James Quintet. (Gordon is now a Jazz artist. This was his first band) this ban played for the dance and Springsteen played solo during dinner. I can swear to the accuracy of this account as I know several people who were there. I was the lead singer in the GJQ. My future wife was an attendee and was involved in booking Bruce.
