Bruce and the E Street Band do an impromptu concert following a Southside Johnny gig. Many more songs were played according to the reader who submitted these details - concert included a break and started at around 12.30am. Brucebase reader Paul confirms that the set included "Knock On Wood", performed as a duet with Southside Johnny. Over the course of the same evening, the full E Street Band (minus Bruce) crossed the street to Mrs. Jay's, where they performed a lengthy set with The Cahoots, purportedly as a Van-Zandt-led ploy to help that band regain their slot at the Pony.
