‘‘Thank you, once again just a couple of public service announcements: the Food Lifeline out there in the lobby on your way out, please stop by and give ‘em a hand and check out the good work that they’re doing here in town, those are the folks that are on the frontline in the fight against hunger and poverty here in Washington….also, uh, we’re in the midst of a rollback of civil rights, you know, I think it’s a good time to…to sort of keep your eyes, eyes open, Civil Rights are a reaffirmation of our strength as a nation of laws, due process…..usually you don´t think about it till it´s a little too late….so I'd keep your eyes, eyes open, I think that vigilance and responsibility comes with the turf when you´re born in the U.S.A….”
