After visiting Columbus, Bruce appears with President Obama and the First Lady Michelle Obama for their closing campaign rally "Finish What We Started" in Des Moines. Bruce sings snippets of "Let's Stay Together" and "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" in the intro to "Forward". He performed from a stage located at the intersection of East Fourth and Locust streets. With two giant American flags flanking the crowd, it packed into three blocks of Locust Street.
