Bruce Springsteen took part in a special event marking the opening of Netflix's third annual FYSEE experience, which runs from May 5 to June 9 at the streaming company's Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. He will be appearing with renowned director Martin Scorsese at the opening-night event. Bruce, of course, starred in the recent Netflix special Springsteen On Broadway, which captured a performance of his popular Broadway show. The FYSEE experience, which showcases and promotes Netflix's original programming, will include a variety of Q&A sessions, performances, screenings and interactive displays, as well as themed events featuring Quincy Jones, David Letterman, and Ellen DeGeneres. A June 9 closing-night event will feature Oprah Winfrey hosting a conversation with director Ava DuVernay and the cast of the limited Netflix series When They See Us, which premieres on May 31. Bruce played two songs "Dancing In The Dark" and "Land Of Hope And Dreams". The songs followed a 40-minute discussion with Martin Scorsese. Bruce said he hadn't been able to write a song for the band for seven years, but recently was able to get a whole album for the band and there will be a tour, but Bruce didn't say when.
