On the first night of his "takeover" of The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Bruce appears as lead guest and musical performer. During his two part interview, Bruce talks about four-hour shows, becoming a grandfather, and the controversial lyrics to "Thunder Road", even playing a snippet of the riff on a toy keyboard. He then performs the live premiere of "Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)", backed by a version of the band from the Only The Strong Survive music videos. "Nightshift" was also performed for the audience, and was broadcast as the musical performance two nights later, on November 16. Fallon's other guest is actress Chloë Grace Moretz.
