Asteroid 23990 Springsteen

Bruce Springsteen has an asteroid named after him

On September 4, 1999: "Asteroid 23990 Springsteen" was discovered by Ian P. Griffin at Auckland Observatory (now Stardome Observatory) in New Zealand. The main-belt asteroid is named in honor of Bruce Springsteen, whose music was being played by observers on the night.
