Cancelled show, never rescheduled. The Good Rats, originally scheduled as the opening act, performed the show alone. This was apparently intended to be an E Street Band show, as the Drew University newspaper Acorn reported that Springsteen would be performing with a five-piece "jazz/rock" band. There seems to have been a communication failure around this show, as audience members were told that Springsteen was a no-show and offered refunds at the door. Given the timing, it is more likely that Bruce pulled out because the band had not finished rehearsing in time (the first E Street Band show would not occur for another month).
