Note: Written by Joe Grushecky sometime before late 1993, when he and Springsteen recorded a demo of the track as the first song of their studio collaboration on October 25 at Thrill Hill West, Beverly Hills. Springsteen then organized a group of studio musicians to complete the track. Overdubs and/or mixing were completed in November at The Hit Factory, New York City. The Springsteen-produced track was released on Grushecky's album American Babylon in October 1995. Springsteen contributes guitar, keyboard, percussion, and backing vocals.
