Note: Written by Springsteen by 1999, "Further On (Up The Road)" was rehearsed in March 1999 for the Reunion Tour, and premiered live on June 4, 2000. V2, found on The Rising, was recorded at Southern Tracks in Atlanta in February–March 2002, although an earlier studio version with the E Street Band from March 2001 (V1) was recorded and deemed unsatisfactory.
