A week or so following the May 3 John Hammond demo session, Springsteen finally signed his "Exclusive Songwriting Agreement" with publisher Sioux City Music (Appel and Cretecos). Following this agreement, Bruce undertook an additional series of demo sessions for Sioux City Music, occurring on various dates May–July. Specific dates are not known, but the listed tracks are in roughly chronological order. Some of these sessions may in fact have occurred at Pocketful Of Tunes Inc. "Henry Boy" has been dated specifically to June.
