Both tracks are released on Ely's album Letter To Laredo on August 29, 1995.

A promotional-only video of "All Just To Get To You" (produced by Adrian Pasdar) features Springsteen, and is included at the 23:33 mark in an obscure, thirty-minute promotional mini-documentary about Ely that was broadcast in Europe (but not shown in the U.S.A.) in late 1995. The documentary was shot on Joe's Amtrak train tour up the west coast in support of Letter To Laredo, and it contains a live version of "All Just To Get To You" with Bruce…, shot from the Viper Room on September 14, 1995.

When talking with Joe and Sharon a few years ago about the mini-documentary and the separate "All Just To Get To You promo video, there was apparently an issue involving Amtrak…, however they could not remember the exact details.
