Various studio sessions for Working On A Dream were held at various points and breaks in the Magic Tour between spring 2007 and fall 2008, with the core recording taking place in Atlanta but with scattered sessions at Avatar Studios and Clinton Recording Studios in New York City, Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, and Thrill Hill East taking place as well. The entire Working On A Dream album was completed during these sessions, which we have consolidated here and in a New York City listing for convenience in the absence more detailed sessions information. "The Last Carnival" was among the last songs recorded; Bruce brought it to the studio during the album's mixing stage. Along with the Working On A Dream material, the base tracks for the released versions of "A Night With The Jersey Devil", "Hunter Of Invisible Game", and "Hey Blue Eyes", and possibly elements of the released versions of "Mary Mary" and "Frankie Fell In Love", also derive from these sessions.
