Some time around early 2009, Springsteen records and films two songs in his home studio for the documentary The People Speak, a cinematic adaptation of Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States. Zinn himself was apparently present for the session. "This Land Is Your Land" was used in the documentary as the final scene before the credits; Springsteen released video of "The Ghost Of Tom Joad" through his website in January 2010. During the same period, John Fogerty traveled to New Jersey to record the vocals for his and Bruce's duet "When Will I Be Loved"; we have placed that session here as well for convenience.
