The various overdubs to the Wrecking Ball album were completed during sessions spanning roughly mid-February to late-October, 2011, with most recording completed by July; we have placed them here for convenience. Overdubs for some or all of the listed Perfect World tracks may have been completed during these sessions as well. The album's string parts were recorded separately at MSR Studio B in New York City, NY. Some additional sessions were also held at Very Loud House Studio in Woodland Hills, CA; these may have been for some of Tom Morello's overdubs (though he also recorded at Stone Hill Studio, including the solo on "Jack Of All Trades") and/or for the base tracks for "Wrecking Ball" and "American Land", which, unlike the rest of the album, were tracked live, with Max Weinberg on drums, Ron Aniello on bass, and Charles Giordano on keyboards.
