This entry represents a number of private rehearsals that were held Springsteen's home over the summer of 1976. These rehearsals almost certainly occurred over multiple dates, but certainly included the listed songs, and appear to be a mixture of rehearsals of new songs for future studio sessions and preparation for upcoming gigs. It's likely that these rehearsal sessions were extensive, taking place over a number of weeks or months. Several songs listed were filmed by Barry Rebo. The Miami Horns appear on "Raise Your Hand"; this particular rehearsal may have been recorded in the days before Springsteen's six-show stand at the Monmouth Arts Center in Red Bank.
