Atlantic City Expressway

Atlantic City Expressway was a rock/soul band that performed mainly Southside Johnny and Springsteen covers. It was Jon Bon Jovi's first band. Other members included David Bryan (keyboards), Al Chez (trumpet), Rick Cyr (saxophone), Bill Frank (lead guitar), Wil Hercek (vocals, guitar), Ed Horne (bass), and Jeff Kinder (drums). Charlie Mills (drums) and Steve Pretti (bass) were original members who were no longer with the group at the time of Springsteen's guest appearance in 1980. Chris Trimblett and Rich Wardlow both played trumpet with the group at different points.
