Bob Jensen is one of the Detroit area's top lead trumpets. He has performed with numerous musical artists in a variety of genres, including jazz artists Dizzy Gillespie, Jon Faddis, Phil Woods, Mel Tormé, Carl Fontana, Lena Horne, David Sanborn, Bill Watrous, Joe Williams, and Bobbie Shew. In the pop and rock realms, Bob has toured and performed with Natalie Cole, Peabo Bryson, Aretha Franklin, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Chaka Khan, En Vogue, The Fifth Dimension, Yes, Kansas, Three Dog Night, The Moody Blues, Johnny Mathis, Wayne Newton, The O'Jays, Frankie Avalon, and Bob Seger. He has contributed his lead trumpet skills to top entertainers' shows as well, performing for Bill Cosby, Don Rickles, Steve Lawrence, Jerry Lewis, Mitzi Gaynor, and Regis Philbin.
