Wright, Brandon

Brandon Wright (born Woodcliff Lake, NJ) is a New York-based saxophonist, multi instrumentalist, and award winning composer. From The Mingus Big Band to Chuck Mangione, Max Weinberg to Michael Feinstein, as well as appearances in the horn sections of Blood Sweat & Tears, Dr. John, Alicia Keys, and Doc Severinsen, Wright is a rare musician possessing first rate conservatory training with top flight real world experience. His critically acclaimed albums "Boiling Point" and "Journeyman" on Posi-Tone Records showcase his abilities as a soloist, composer, and an arranger of contemporary music. He was a member of The Max Weinberg Big Band.
