O'Donnell, Bridget

Bridget O'Donnell is an Australian violinist based in Sydney. O'Donnell has performed as a soloist and in orchestras internationally since the age of 13. She has performed key virtuosic works, including the Stravinsky, Mozart, Kabalevsky, Lalo and Mendelssohn violin concerto's. She currently holds the Ted & Susan Meller Violin scholarship at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she is studying under Alice Waten. She is particularly interested in chamber music, being a member of the Hillel String Quartet, who have recently performed in masterclasses for the Goldner Quartet and violinist Danwen Jiang. Bridget loves to play Brahms, Stravinsky and Bach and is excited to be playing the Rite of Spring on the AYO International Tour. Aside from her classical likings, Bridget enjoys listening to Earth Wind Fire and watching Eurovision.
