Waters, Maxine

Maxine Willard Waters is an American vocalist who, along with Luther Waters, Oren Waters, and Julia Waters, performed as the vocal group The Waters, which recorded or toured as backing vocalists alongside artists including Bobby Womack, Herbie Hancock, Neil Diamond, Patti LaBelle, Paul Simon, John Fogerty, Janet and Michael Jackson, Will Downing, Rod Stewart, and Jon Bon Jovi. She is not related to the California congresswoman of the same name.
