Jankowski, Steve

Steve Jankowksi (born The Bronx, NY) is an American trumpet player based in the New York City area. He is known for his touring with artists including Nile Rodgers and Chic, Chicago, and Blood, Sweat & Tears (including six years as their Music Director). Other tours include Don Henley, the Funk Brothers (featuring Steve Winwood and Billy Preston), Sam Moore, K.C. & The Sunshine Band, and Donna Summer. Steve's recording credits include work with Amy Grant, Darryl Hall, Jeff Lorber, Luther Vandross, Bon Jovi, The Rolling Stones, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and many more.
