The Beachcomber Beach Club was located at 441 Ocean Avenue, Long Branch, New Jersey. It was a private club operated by five partners who leased the property, and consisted of a beach, bath houses, and a snack bar, according to Joan Pikula, writing about ""The First Annual Nothing Festival", in her Asbury Park Press column August 10, 1970. The club operated from 1966-1970. In 1971, the City of Long Branch became the owner, and it was renamed North End beach club.
