Sometime between February and June 1970, Tinker, with a lot of help, including Bruce, moved the Challenger Eastern Surfboard Factory from Wanamassa to 78 Bay Avenue, Highlands, New Jersey, a former auto repair shop. He closed the surfboard factory in the early 1970s.
