Hollywood Center Studios, Los Angeles, CA

Hudson Pacific Properties owns and operates several studio properties in Los Angeles, including Sunset Las Palmas Studios, formerly known as Hollywood Center Studios, located at 1040 N. Las Palmas Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Since it was founded as Hollywood Studios in 1919, it has been home to many movie and television productions and stars, including Howard Hughes, Jimmy Cagney, Lucille Ball and Desilu Studios, Francis Ford Coppola (Zoetrope Studios), and the long-running TV game show Jeopardy. After holding auditions for his new touring band in March 1992, Bruce Springsteen used the soundstages at Hollywood Center Studios for 3 months of rehearsals, culminating with a live concert on June 5 broadcast on FM stations across North America.
