I.B. Club, Howell, NJ

Bergerville Bungalow Colony in Howell, New Jersey was a destination for vacationers for years. It was run by Dr. Isidore Berger and his wife Augustus "Gussie" from the 1930's through the 1960's, until their caretaker son, Arthur was killed in an automobile accident on the corner of US Route 9 and Bergerville Road in 1966. During it's hey-day, an average of over 100 families escaped the heat of summer in the city and took a small bungalow for less than $500 for the entire season. The resort consisted of bungalows of all shapes and sizes, and a nightclub/recreation hall named the IB Club, at the corner of what is now Route 9 and Bergerville Road. The resort has been closed for many years.

Springsteen did 1 performances, excl. rehearsals, at this venue.
