715 N Chaparral St, Corpus Christi, TX 78401. Built in 1929, the Ritz Theatre is one of the last historic buildings remaining in Corpus Christi. It's best known from its glory days as the Ritz Music Hall in the 1970s, where a plethora of iconic artists, from Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan and Stevie Ray Vaughn to Metallica and Def Leppard, all performed. The Ritz has not been in operation since 1989, but efforts are underway to bring it back as a creative hub.
