Springsteen Residence, Rumson, NJ

Bruce Springsteen's residence in Rumson, New Jersey, purchased November 1983 through trusts controlled by his long-time manager, Jon Landau. His estate consisted of two properties, located at 36 and 40 Bellevue Ave, Rumson, New Jersey 07760 (the latter not acquired until Dec 1987). He soon moved from the house he had rented in Colts Neck since September 1981. In early 1987, he had his engineer Toby Scott construct a recording studio in the Carousel House, next to his garage. Rumson was his primary east coast residence until 1996, when he moved his family from Beverly Hills, California, to the farm he had purchased in 1994 in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Sold off both Rumson properties in 2016 and January 2017.

Springsteen did 1 performances, excl. rehearsals, at this venue.
