The Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino is a multi-purpose stadium located in Turin, Italy. The stadium is located in Piazzale Grande Torino, in the district of Santa Rita, in the south-central area of the city. Constructed in the 1930s, originally known as the "Stadio Municipale Benito Mussolini" and later the "Stadio Comunale Vittorio Pozzo". The stadium was renovated and renamed the "Stadio Olimpico" on the occasion of the 2006 Winter Olympics.
