The Troubadour is a nightclub located in West Hollywood, California, USA, at 9081 Santa Monica Boulevard, just east of Doheny Drive and the border of Beverly Hills. The club was founded in 1957 by Doug Weston. In the 1960s-70s, Laurel Canyon singer-songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Jackson Browne frequented the stage, just a short drive from the Hollywood Hills. In 1970, Elton John played his first U.S. shows, helping to kickstart his career. Geffen Records signed Guns N’ Roses shortly after catching their set in 1986.
Springsteen did 3 performances, excl. rehearsals, at this venue.
